Dr. Pradeep Multani
Chairman Emeritus– Multani Pharmaceuticals Limited
Dr. Pradeep Multani is the Emeritus Chairman of Multani Pharmaceuticals Limited. Born to Late Vaidya Jagmohan Datta Multani, he represents the third generation of the Multani family—custodians of an 85-year-long legacy in Ayurveda. With over forty-five years of experience in Ayurvedic and Unani medicine, Dr. Multani has led the organization as Chairman for more than three decades.
His leadership extends beyond Multani Pharmaceuticals. He has served as President of the Rotary Club – Delhi Midtown (2011–12) and the Delhi Factory Owners Federation (2012–20), and as Former President of the Ph.D. Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He is an active member of several industry associations, including the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Association (Uttarakhand), Bhagwanpur Industries Association, Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Okhla Industries Association, Action for Autism, and the New Delhi Traders Association.
Dr. Multani is part of the Project Approval Committees of the Ministry of Ayush and the National Medicinal Plant Board, and serves as Trustee of the All India Ayurvedic Congress Trust. He currently holds the positions of Chairman of the AYUSH Committee (FICCI) and President of the Association of Manufacturers of Ayurvedic Medicine.
Under his chairmanship, Multani Pharmaceuticals has achieved major milestones, including the establishment of a NABL-accredited and Government of India–approved Drug Testing Laboratory at Bhagwanpur, Uttarakhand. The company also holds prestigious certifications such as WHO:GMP, ISO 9001:2015, and AYUSH Premium Mark Certification.

With over 20 years of expertise in Sales and Marketing, our Vice Chairman brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to the organization. A Master’s graduate in Economics from Rutgers University, Newark, he combines strong analytical skills with a deep passion for data-driven decision making. His leadership has been instrumental in driving growth and building strong market presence. Beyond the boardroom, he is an avid sports enthusiast who enjoys playing cricket and pickleball regularly, reflecting his spirit of teamwork and competitive drive.
Mr. Arjun Multani
Vice Chairman – Manufacturing, Purchase & 3P
With over 20 years of leadership experience, our Vice Chairman oversees Purchase, Manufacturing, and 3P business with a sharp focus on efficiency and growth. A graduate in Economics from Rutgers University, , he blends his deep understanding of data and analytics with strong business acumen to drive strategic decisions and operational excellence. He is deeply passionate about automation, process optimization, and production efficiency. Outside of work, he values quality time with his family and enjoys being closely connected with them.
Mr. Vinay Rungta
Executive Director – Finance, Audits & Purchase
A qualified Chartered Accountant from ICAI, has been a part of our organization for over 21 years. He began his journey with us as Manager – Accounts and, through his consistent dedication and expertise, has risen to the position of Executive Director of Finance & Accounts. Along with overseeing audits, he also heads key departments including Laboratory, Human Resources, and Information Technology. A seasoned finance and commercial professional, Mr. Rungta is known for his sharp financial acumen and structured approach to organizational growth. Outside of work, he enjoys his daily walks in the park, cherishes time with his family, and keeps himself updated by following the news regularly.

Mr. Nitin Arora, an MBA from ICFAI University, brings with him over 15 years of rich experience in e-commerce sales, digital marketing, and new product development driven by in-depth research and innovation. With a strong knack for data analysis, sharp business acumen, and a customer-centric approach, he has been instrumental in driving growth and enhancing the digital presence of the brand. Passionate about building impactful strategies and leveraging insights to create value, Mr. Arora continues to shape the company’s e-commerce journey with vision and precision.
